The Japanese stupa in Rajgir is located on the Gridhakuta hills. As the altitude of the stupa is around 400 m, you will be able to see it from a long distance. You will be surprised to know that this stupa is the tallest peace pagoda in the world. A Japanese Buddhist monk built the pagoda in 1969. His name was nipponzan myohoji.
